Project Management
We recognise that customers prefer to deal with one person at Atlas who
understands your requirements and is your primary point of contact throughout
the specification and installation of our software.
We appoint a project manager for each of our customers and this person
will oversee all aspects of our business relationship.
Our project manager is responsible for gaining a thorough understanding
of your business and how your relationship with your trading community
works.
This is then analysed and a proposed solution developed encompassing the
software and its features and benefits, the installation process, roll
out, ongoing support and any training requirements, together with a cost
breakdown and delivery schedule.
Our project manager will discuss the proposal with the customer to ensure
that everything is fully understood and prepared for.
Following installation the project manager will stay in touch with the
customer to ensure that the full range of benefits offered by the software
are realized.
